Witney Community Primary school dates back to 1938 and is housed in an interesting building in Witney. There are 4 classrooms for the Key Stage One and Foundation Stage children and 6 classrooms for Key stage 2 pupils. Our annual intake of pupils into school is thirty per year, with a total in the main school of approximately 200 children.
The Foundation Stage class has 60 part-time places and has its own separate play area and toilets. We also have an art room, library, music room and ICT room in school and each classroom has a further 3 internet linked computers.
We aim to provide high quality education for our children and to prepare them for the responsibilities of adult life. We try to have fun, while we work towards these aims, so that our children enjoy their time at our school.
We hope you find the information you want whilst looking through the site but please do contact us if you have any further questions and you are very welcome to come and have a look around. Jill Meyer: headteacher |
